These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and abaje ("abaje", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the abaje website located at https://abaje.pro and all associated services, games, and promotional content made available through that platform.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on abaje, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the abaje platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside abaje's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials or communications, these Terms shall prevail.

Access to and use of the abaje platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account or using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. abaje strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and verifies age through identity documentation as part of the KYC process.
• You are registering on your own behalf and for your personal use only. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, and accounts operated by automated means are not permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of abaje or its affiliated service providers, game studios, or payment processors.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online casino or sports betting activity is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to using abaje.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with abaje or any affiliated platform. If you have previously self-excluded and wish to return, you must contact the abaje support team to initiate a formal re-activation review before creating a new account.

abaje reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full abaje platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to update it promptly if any details change.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on abaje. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. abaje will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
• Account verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal may be processed. abaje may request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Documents must be current, legible, and submitted in the format requested by the abaje support team.
• abaje reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time. This may include requests for source-of-funds documentation where deposit volumes or withdrawal patterns warrant additional scrutiny.
• You agree to notify abaje immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security. abaje will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but will not be liable for losses occurring prior to notification.

abaje accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to access your account under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate account closure.

abaje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods supported in Bangladesh. The primary methods are bKash and Nagad, with Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank also available. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the abaje platform:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including family members, are not accepted and will be returned less any processing fees incurred.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. If this is not possible, abaje will process the withdrawal via an alternative verified method and may request additional verification documentation.
• abaje charges no platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply its own transaction charges, which are beyond abaje's control and are your responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a review period during which abaje may carry out security and anti-fraud checks. abaje aims to process all withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, but does not guarantee a specific processing time. Players who have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawals held pending completion of the verification process.
• abaje reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any withdrawal request that, in abaje's reasonable assessment, warrants additional scrutiny. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the withdrawal request being declined and the funds remaining in the player account.

abaje does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. All transactions must be conducted through the supported fiat payment methods listed on the platform. abaje reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time, with notice provided to affected players where reasonably practicable.

abaje offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and other culturally relevant occasions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Standard wagering requirements at abaje range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or any other means constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the specified period will be removed from the player's account automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in its individual terms.
• abaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited and partially wagered will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with each other unless a specific multi-bonus stacking arrangement is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Real-money funds in the account will always be wagered before bonus funds unless the player selects otherwise in their account settings.

abaje's promotional terms are designed to be fair and achievable. All games available on the abaje platform operate under rules and pay tables that are displayed within each game interface. By launching a game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the rules applicable to that game. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all game categories on abaje:

• All non-live game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. abaje does not interfere with RNG outcomes and has no ability to influence individual game results.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by professional live dealers operating in studio environments. These processes are governed by the rules of the respective game studios (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) and are subject to their own independent certification.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account, or the round may be completed and the result recorded as determined by the platform's technical logs. abaje's decision in such cases is final.
• Sports betting markets, odds, and available wager types are subject to change at abaje's discretion at any time before an event begins. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements. In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during a live event.

Wins resulting from exploiting software errors, display glitches, game logic errors, or any other technical faults that produce clearly erroneous outcomes will be voided. abaje will notify the affected player and return original stakes. Deliberately exploiting known errors constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 7 of these Terms.

abaje is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. Use of these tools is encouraged and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting the support team:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session time limits — set a maximum duration for each gaming session after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily pause your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the abaje platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected (minimum 6 months). Contact [email protected] to initiate self-exclusion.

abaje takes the minimum playing age of 21 seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds, including any winnings, will be forfeited. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abaje platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and, where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence, referral to appropriate authorities:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use the abaje platform for illegal financial activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Collusion between players in any game or betting market, including sharing information about cards held, coordinating bets to guarantee a profit, or any form of match-fixing or event manipulation.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine manual play.
• Deliberate exploitation of software errors, display bugs, or game logic faults to gain an unfair advantage, including any form of "bonus abuse" involving systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with abaje support staff.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive language directed at abaje support staff or other players through any communication channel.

abaje employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, abaje will act without prior warning. Players who believe a moderation decision has been made in error may submit a formal dispute to [email protected] for review.

All content on the abaje platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of abaje or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any abaje content without the express written permission of abaje.

The "abaje" brand name, logo, and associated trade marks are proprietary marks of abaje. Unauthorised use of the abaje brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in connection with any goods, services, or online activity is prohibited and may constitute trade mark infringement under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abaje, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the abaje platform, even if abaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

abaje's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to abaje during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by abaje's gross negligence.

abaje collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the operation of the platform and your use of it. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the legal bases for processing, your data subject rights, and abaje's data retention practices are all described in detail in the abaje Privacy Policy, which is available at https://abaje.pro/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the abaje platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Data subject requests should be directed to [email protected].

abaje reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The account holder has failed to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by abaje, or the documentation provided has been found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or unverifiable.
• abaje is required to close the account by law, regulation, or a direction from a competent authority, including anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing requirements.
• The account holder has requested closure of their own account, including through a voluntary self-exclusion request. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected].

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to abaje (including uncleared promotional funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the verified payment method on file. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering progress.

abaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — abaje will provide advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account, with a minimum notice period of 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the abaje platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. The current version of these Terms is always available at https://abaje.pro/terms-conditions and is dated with its effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the abaje platform. abaje operates as an international online gaming platform and these Terms reflect the platform's operational standards and player protection commitments.

In the event of a dispute between you and abaje arising from your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through the abaje support team by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. abaje will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days and will aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter through any dispute resolution mechanism available to you under applicable law.
